Where is the company based? Do you support the current GDPR?

We are based in New Zealand, which is recognized by many jurisdictions as an Adequate country under international data protection standards. We fully support the current GDPR and are actively monitoring developments, including updates to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and UK-specific regulations.

GDPR Data Request Process

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Submit a Request

Complete the Help Centre Form with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Email address used with our services

  • Type of request (e.g., access, correction, deletion, objection)

  • Description of your request

  • Any relevant supporting documentation

Step 2: Identity Verification

To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity. This could include providing:

  • A copy of a government-issued ID (with non-essential information redacted)

  • A confirmation email was sent to the registered address on file

Step 3: Acknowledgement and Timeline

Once we receive your request, you will receive an acknowledgment within 5 working days. We aim to respond in full within 30 calendar days, in accordance with GDPR requirements. If your request is complex or involves multiple systems, we may extend this by an additional 60 days, with a notification provided.

Step 4: Response

We will provide a written response by email. For access requests, this will include:

  • A copy of your personal data

  • Information about how and why it is processed

  • Any third parties with whom your data has been shared

If we cannot fulfill your request (e.g., for legal or operational reasons), we will explain why and outline your right to complain to a supervisory authority.
