Is there a way to manage the use of multiple VR machines?

Yes. Our underlying platform allows multiple virtual spaces to be organised into suites which can be managed and controlled remotely. This can be used to group multiple simulation spaces that share the same physical room, or to group simulation spaces based by campus.
